Yep I've just killed myself... 12h of gameplay thrown in trash. at least I have the save... no one can fix it, right?

Are tickets for fixing saves disabled? My character is stuck and I cant create a ticked. I'm playing as a temporal warden and an anomaly created a copy of "me". This copy is blocking my path. I cant finish the dungeon because the map "charred scar" blocks the rod of recall. I can...
