same here, posted on bug report with official addons only savefile and log

automatic talent use stopped working in mid game. no options working. the game has no problem to use it on new game. this bug seems to happen on mid game (especially around 25lvl) I experienced this bug with many addons few days ago, so I did a official addon only run to clarify, and It happens agai...

it seems many other guys experienced same thing.

autouse talent worked until 25 level, but it stopped working after 25 level (couldn't specify the moment it stopped working.)
and I tried autouse on other character / new save, and their autouse worked. only that character autouse didn't work.

same problem here
