There was an in-progress French translation posted on discord in 2021 but I have no idea if it has been progressed at all since then (ToME has a ton of stuff to translate)

Alas these are not the DLC being gifted - It's the DLC's anniversary event, and you get a little commemorative item into your **character's** inventory in-game.

For others who might run into this issue, it's a small power Confuse stuck on the character even after debuff went away due to whatever caused the issue. It's fixable via dev mode console or by save editing, and I can do the editing quick. Just catch me on the ToME discord or ingame chat.

Yes, if you're a donator (eg. bought the game), one of the perks is Exploration mode which grants you infinite lives.
