So I have a thunder fall(which I thought is a ok art but not great), which give 300+dmg on crit proc, somehow the projection from offhand also get the procs. Which feels kind of OP?

Do single damage type resisit pen work on mobs with resist all?

I play tome4 on a ancient machine, what tricks can help reduce resting time? mainly. Also perfect strike lag me up alot aswell.
