It appears that in some cases (I think it involves toggle dropping mobs) demonologist's osmosis shield vim drain can become permanent. Demonologist crit cut in half when wielding weapon

When my Ogre Demonologist is unarmed his crit is equal to physical crit %, but when I put on any weapon the (including whites) crit is equal to half the base crit% + weapon crit%. What's going on here and how can I fix it?
