ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

On the website I get this message when I go to "My Characters" in my profile: "No characters available." I own the game on Steam and am logged into the correct account. I can see my characters if I access in game character list and I can also copy that URL and then access it onli...

I have ToME on Steam and played a few characters but I cannot see any characters in my profile on the website.

The message it shows is "No characters available." Except there are characters available but none are showing up.

Any help gladly appreciated.
