In the top left hand message panel, that is titled "Welcome to the Tales of Maj'Eyal", the word by has been entered in twice in succession.

On completion of this quest, the message to me reads:

"The remaining lumberjacks collect some gold to thanks you (20.40)."

The word "thanks" should be "thank"

Loading character savefile from main menu in game proceeds okay until it reaches 96% (on the loading bar) and then freezes. Neither any further mouse click or ESC key press works.
