[1.7.0] Track bug?

At talent level 1.0, Track has a range of 1 (one) with Cunning ~11-14; at Cunning ~40, the range rises to 3. Was this an intended nerf? I can understand decreasing the range to encourage adding talent points, but even for talent 1.0, the range 1 is laughable.

Another improvement that comes to mind would be auto-rotate poisons for Vile Poisons.

Thanks for all your hard work!

Looking through your 1.7 release notes I realized how many TOME options that I took for granted as game features were actually ZOmnibus (or, more specifically, Zizzo) addons (e.g. Prodigious Progress).
