At 5/5, Step Up increases move speed by 1000% for 1 game turn, or until a non-movement action is taken. It has not been doing this for me. Same. Glad it isn't just me, was driving myself insane. Even attempted to post in the bug thread. Restarted game, turned off all addons, verified integrity, rebooted laptop. Fun times

Was playing and chatting for hours, everything working fine, then darkgod gave everyone the huge gold bonus, and suddenly chat stopped working.
