Thanks for the info, and offer to fix it! I think I'll just restart my game and avoid cloudsaves, though. I'd like to try out some new builds anyway. =)
Hopefully this gets resolved in the future.

Locked out of Sher'tul Fortress
Heya, So I was playing a character I created a few days ago, and suddenly found myself unable to enter the Sher'tul Fortress. I'm locked in the entrance room with the cat, and unable to access the rest of the fortress... Everytime I use the Rod of Recall, I'm forced to backtrack through the underwat...
