Unable to unlearn any talents
As a necro, I learned Vision from an escort at level 4. Back in town I put 2 points into Keen Senses (Vision pre-req), and then was unable to unlearn even one of those points. Also I'm unable to unlearn totally unrelated class line talents. If my magic is under 30 (Vision requirement), then I get th...
