So I guess this lvl 26 is toast? Sucks, even if I died I had a vial of life and took items out of the vault for them.

When loading my character once at 100% it returns to the menu. Addons: Escorts Enhanced 1.1.1, Go to Landmark, Possessor Bonus class, and Items Vault. I've tried turning the addons off. The tunnel was very long and narrow. Each end filled in one tile at a time until there was one tile left, which also filled in. I might of ran through a sandworm at the start of the tunnel, but I'm not sure. I remember running through a sandworm in the middle of the tunnel. I did not run through one...

I don't recall being in the middle of a fight. I was simply running down a tunnel when it started closing off. I tried to run away and found it closing in on me from behind. It closed in until the tunnel disappeared. I'm not sure the cause, but it seems like it'd be an unfair way for a player to die.

1.5 Sandworm lair tunnel closes in from both ends
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I was in the sandworm lair and got stuck in a tunnel closing from both ends. I was saved by a belt of unlife. Edit: on second thought I can see how this could happen: if two worms started at opposite ends and dug out the same tunnel it's possible they'd pass...

Here's one possibility: say the game time is 31.56 turns. You step away and it takes 1 turn, but it only takes the enemy .8 turns to move by contrast.
