Flamethrower works by you targeting a cone, "marking" every hostile creature in that cone and then firing a very fast (but not instant, which is why it can miss) projectile at every enemy marked this way.

With Projection, you can trade in the rewards to the psy-machine an infinite amount of times.

Increasing your CON increases healmod, which acts as a multiplier to your life regeneration.
Since that is negative due to the Goedalath Rock, increasing healmod will lower your life regeneration further.

This is due to those talents scaling with how much psi (percentage-wise) you have.
Before you learned one of them, you had no psi pool at all, making the talents very confused.

Do you have any idea why this add-on causes the Rod of Recall to drop when you kill yourself by time-skipping yourself as your own Projection while in a Temporal Reprieve, on AoA Exploration?
It does not occur on any other permadeath setting or campaign.

If you are on a character with no applicable talent categories, the "of mastery" amulet ego will default to Technique / Combat Training.
