I never did understand the whole drowning thing. If people want to play on a harder difficulty, why use (basically an exploit) and drown NPCs? Doesn't it defeat the whole purpose of playing on a harder difficulty, by exploiting the friendly AI mechanic to stand there and let itself get drowned? Just...

Thanks for the reply, I also did a little testing. Made a Skeleton on 1.4.9, then tried loading him on 1.5.0. Got a warning about using an old version, option 1 was to download all the old data for previous version, (and just use old version, I suppose), or to proceed anyways. I chose the option to ...
