I never noticed it until I was doing EoR and was getting wrecked by like... 2000 resilience damage coming off of a certain boss. Didn't have any talents I noticed that would do that, no shields or anything.

Can confirm, but with saws. Saws do not drop, maces do drop... seems the Embers weapons don't and old ones do. Bit of an irony in that.
