I had the same thing which I reported here: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=46590 Don't re equip items that give stat bonuses when this bug shows up, because you'll gain the stats permanently (unless you want to cheat of course :P). You'd be better of not using elemental split anymore...
