Is it possible to unlock the old races in the new expansion?

I know we can unlock the Tinker classes into AoA and the old classes into EoR, but are the races Campaign locked? I don't care about lore-canon, I just wanna rip through steam giants as a buzzsaw wielding skeletal maniac.
