[1.6.4][EoR 1.0.3] Induce Anomaly occasionally does nothing
As the title says, occasionally when I use Induce Anomaly on my paradox mage, the skill does nothing and then goes on cooldown. The turn does not advance (the skill is instant), no targeting option comes up or anomaly title appears, and no reduction in paradox occurs. This happend a LOT in the final...
