I just started on insane myself. I am growing to hate mobs which teleport/move you in any way with particular hatred felt for the ones which swap positions with you. It is sad when you plan on moving back to some safe place to fight and you get swapped and then blinded and or confused and cannot get...

Yeah I think either a) the key Cursed debuffs need to become irresistible as it's no fun losing a big portion of damage/effects due to random saves or b) give em something that lets them land all types of effects via increased MP rather than just Gloom. Maybe in the now-empty Surge spot? Rename it ...

So the biggest problems as I see it are : Rampage length cut short by using anything. None of their skills using attack speed and therefore not benefiting from Rampage. I have noticed that I have been CC'd a few times by effects I am immune to due to the change to dirty fighting. The changes to dirty fighting have made it significantly scarier to players. Rogue in general seems scarier to players in 1.5, I am not certain they also need this.

Not exactly a bug but exhaustion from tumble stops you from leaving a zone and at level 1 its a 24 turn penalty which feels a bit rough.

Wait what? It's instant. significant (after being fixed) and you need to mark things to do anything interesting, why would you not always start with it? If you have read through this thread you would know that Trueshot isn't even working atm (or if you looked at your character sheet while playing). Marksman isn't stamina hungry though. I've rolled a few and I have literally no idea how you would run out of stamina.
