Windtouched Speed prodigy doesnt provide any cooldown reduction, despite it saying %10 cooldown reduction in tooltip.

Thanks for wrapping up the lore in one place, since its extremely hard to bring together pieces of lore perfectly in this game it is natural for there to be holes. But it looks like you did your best and the result looks pretty good to me!

Yeah but it is gonna take a lot more than that to make that a half-decent prodigy. I think not many people care since it is a prodigy that is almost never taken.

Damn Sawrd ruining the viability of 1h builds and somehow it still didnt got nerfed. I suspect Sawrd was the reason they nerfed Ogre too.
