i want to note... its a sustain. sustains don't go on cooldown, because auto use. you cant (as far as i know) auto deactivate a sustain. unless you have something else to break it. This is likely because you have stealth on auto-use, which is not taken into account when resting. Otherwise, if you had a talent with a cooldown on auto-use and hit rest, it would just go infinitely because it would always be on cooldown. Only if coded without the correct checks in place. So when you rest with most classes it first does a rest up to the point where your health is full. Then will do a secondary rest to where all your cooldowns are refreshed.
