ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I am having problems in santascape. the first and second floor work fine, but once i try to get to the third floor my game tries to load the next floor but isn't able to. I've restarted some times and looked for solutions for this problem but couldn't find any.
I hope someone is able to help.
