+1 on that! Also, sometimes the shield value is still up on hp bar even though it's below the effective mana value. 1.6.5 patch logs said it was fixed but in real game, only occasionally. Can we see a better indicator in 1.6.6?

Exactly as you say. New disruption shield and free access to temporal shield gives archmage a lot durability in the early game - no more one hit death during autoexploration. The crystal part will only be dropped after taking the prodigy. Thus you'll still need to take the prodigy to get the staff - the only difference is that now all three parts are guaranteed in a single game.

Welp. I was totally confused that Telos was one of the elves who did mummified experiments. As you said the top part should be dropped from himself directly.

Also, for the retrieval - can't it get a same measure with crystal focus/heart? (Became retrievable, breaks original item)

Sludgenest was on my mind when I was writing this proposal - which is an excellent looting place for rare archetypes of randarts such as shields or mindstars. Also, guaranteed bearscape, santa and other dev dungeons with t5 drops. I agree that this prodigy itself won't provide anything but location....

Telekinetically wielded mindstar does not make pairs.

...with other mindstars in-hand.

I've checked that fixdart mindstars(thermal, charged, and kinetic focus) make pairs with each other, however non-fixdart mindstars do not pair with TK mindstar at all.

Could it be fixed in next patch?
