"E" was just an example it doesn't actually matter which key I press(just clicking is enough) as long as I start casting a spell the hotkeys change while I select a target. Also I changed my wear equipment and all other conflicting hotkeys to something else.

Hello, when I try to cast a spell the hotkeys of my actionbar change. For example I have Fearscape Shift on "e" and when I press it the game seems to switch all my hotkeys while I select the target of the spell. When I finished/stopped casting it goes back to normal. How can I disable this...
