Realized that wasn't really helpful in figuring out what's wrong. What files should I attach?

So I finished the antimagic quest, then just cleared out Derth of the electric elementals and headed immediately over to Zigur. But Zigur's missing Protector Myssil! I'm playing a Thalore Summoner, and have gotten Fungus on other antimagic characters before. I'm running on Ubuntu. http://te4.org/cha...
