This also happens to me after I take 4 turns in my current game.
Once it starts flashing there isn't anything I can do

Is there anyway I could get a quick fix for my character?
I"ve grown attached to him and Don't really want to relevel

I also lost all of my steam regen with my implants.
When I tried to replace the implant with another lessor implant and now my steam regen is negative. I'll post the bug report when I load my game character again

it could be external in nature
it's like a key gets stuck or something

This has happened to me a few times and it always results in death very quickly before I can exit the game.

My character also took a multitude of turns instantly without any action from me and my character died. This is very frustrating and has happened twice now (on different characters). There is nothing that I can notice triggering the effect/bug and it always results in the mobs just beating me to dea...

I noticed the same thing with my cursed character
it's distracting and stopped me from playing him for awhile.
But as he leveled, I noticed it less and less... (not sure why)

I'm just glad it's back up
although I lost a lot of items I wanted to save trying to figure out what the problem was by messing with steam sync.
