I renamed the folders as dlc.old and addon.old, it did not work.

I tried to "Verify game integrity" it said 7 files needed to be fixed and redownloaded and then everything worked.

You sure that's the case? Neither the code nor the testing suggest so. It jsut defaults to the player if you fail to select a target, it seems. Yea yea on my side, it did work, it's really when it's time to choose the target to heal, you have to cancel, then you get back to the start, no turn passe...
