A day later I loaded up TOME again and my unlocks were there

Second question: if I can get access to the old game files which one(s) do I need to copy over to my new install?

Played TOME a lot on my old PC. I had assumed that when I reinstalled it and logged into my online profile all of the content I'd unlocked would be available, but it appears not. Is there any way for me to get that back, if I no longer have access to my old install?

Is it possible to dual wield staffs? I have two 'short' staffs, neither of which say that they have to be held in two hands, but I can't hold them both at the same time. Why is this? My character has an overlay of flashing red circles. I think it's what happens when an enemy 'stalks' you. But my enemies are all dead (the ones I've met at least!). Is there any way to get rid of the flashing circles?

Something that confuses me about this guide -

It recommends putting lots of points into both Flash of the Blade and Shield of Light. But the former works with a 2h weapon, and the latter works with a shield. Aren't these two skills mutually exclusive?

In the frustration of being killed I shut down TOME rather than clicking 'Replay with same character'. Is there any way for me to do this now, e.g. by copying/editing the save file?
