Odd as it sounds, I didn't get around to checking in at the Rhaloren Camp until after having completed the Mark of the Spellblaze / eradication of the Ziguranth quest. This marked all of the elves in the Rhaloren Camp as friendly and meant there wasn't much to do there except mop up a few miscellane...
