I just finished the Embers of Rage campaign on nightmare roguelike with an orc gunslinger and really enjoyed the thorough story, the really engaging characters, and the new classes.

I am using a temporal warden and right now i have 33 magic stat and the strength of purpose at lvl 1. Im trying to equip a bow and quiver which require dex of 28 but it wont let me. Is there something im missing??
