When you invest talent points into the solipsism tree, it changes the health / CON and psi / WILL amounts. Does this change apply retroactively or only to further points put in? If the latter, does that mean taking off and putting back on gear will change your stats?

If you press Caps Lock it toggles scroll mode and tells you that with giant text on the screen. As someone who uses mouse movement and like to look around, is there a way to make the text not so intrusive? Also, I use Caps Lock as my Push-to-Talk in TeamSpeak which causes inconveniences when talking...
