I second this motion. I've been carting around items and retrying the vault all day figuring it was a momentary glitch, only to realize that it's probably just full?!
Any reason why this can't be a more helpful error message?

Still a bug. From reading the forums it sounds like one possible cause is a boss spawning inside the vault.
