been having trouble wwith recently the game not lloadding in zones

The games crashed again and again, I have stopped playing it for now. A specially when I am playing the dark faerie race. it locks up in loading process into dungeons and the games just locks up. This is my forth major game breaking bug in as many days, this game seems super buggy, and taking what seems to be a decent game, to one that is quickly becoming frustrating.

when loading my character named dark spectra, the game locks up. Same error message is appearing for me, when I am equiping the Fearfire mantle.

I equiped the fire mantle cloak and this bug message appears and now is locking up my game, every move it appears repeatedly making the game unplayable.
