Fairly standard for artifact items in shops. From what I've seen, artifact tier 1 items often cost up to 400 and tier 3-4 up to ~2k. Why would the elemental be visible? Were you at the place of your shadow, you wouldn't see it, would you? It's supposed to reveal shadows' line of sight, not all enemies around them. What tyren said. I honestly don't understand the your issue. You say "loss" and "not generated". It's very annoying that all items from the loot chests and shops - including recipes, gems and lore - go into the transmog slot, but you can just take them out as any item from there. No need to drop ...

The tooltip from algrid rage indicates that it scales with willpower, yet strength increases the chance to freeze enemies. Increasing willpower does not chance any number in the description at all (whatever "the bonus will increase" might mean).

Yeah, much better now. Stacking movement speed with that + on hits effects was a big abuse.
