On my Skeleton, I don't seem to be getting Guided Hand's stated bonus of half Strength to Dex and Willpower. As you'll see here, I've got a hefty bonus to Strength because Skeleton, but only +3 to Will, and that's from my boots.

Considering the presence of two classes that only use a single gun (thus making the range penalty much less of an issue), I feel like Titan's power definitely merits the shorter range.

Personally, I feel like it's specifically the combination of unarmed and permastealth (and the accompanying quirky mechanics) that makes the Stalker feel so different and fun in the first place. Was on release, specifically testing nsrr's Stalker. I don't think it was anything in that though, with how long it took to happen.
