ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I got the Warmaster Gnarg's Murderblade for the first time and I was curious about the *10% chance to send the wielder into a killing frenzy, so I equip it and slash some monsters, got the buff, saw it was something like +crit% and you only die when you reach -25% health or something. Looked nice...

Ok I'll be especially scared of that thumping sound from now on, not that it gave me any time to get scared tho..I also couldn't see him but yea I guess he slowed me and he had arround 200% speed. Thanks for the heads up guys

So I'm playing Thalore Doomed in Nightmare RogueLike and I'm on my way to the west so I would say the hardest part is over and I'm just stomping Reknor when suddenly I die and I'm not even sure if I really did sleep for some turns or the game bugged somehow? It's like he slowed time and took 4 shots...
