ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

http://i.imgur.com/AIqZO8O.png so this is happening randomly everytime I play alchemist, it seemingly duplicates items and then they're stuck there, I can't do anything with them. Also this could be unrelated but my tmog box suddenly disappeared for no reason, it's not in my golem's inventory either...
