I have same trouble.
At various times I run the game in one of my two computers and I have enabled Steam Cloud. Sometimes, Steam Cloud doesn't work after my exit from the game thus I lost some my saves.
So I want disable Steam Cloud and enjoy the game.

Hello!
I play steam version T.O.M.E on SteamOS. I chose an alchemist for my game, he use gems often, so I could see a mistake:
Gem "Jade" have not signed in gems list. Screenshot attached.
It is no problem, of course, but I thought, that I must write about it here.

I run the game from "t-engine" on my Linux and the game started, but very, very, very slow. For example, if i press "Exit" in game menu, new window with message "Really exit T-Engine/ToME?" opens for around 10 seconds. My computer's characteristics: Processor: Intel(R) ...

Problem with running ToME on Linux
Hi! I try to run ToME 1.2.0 on Debian GNU/Linux 6.0 (Squeeze), kernel release - 2.6.32-5-686, desktop environment - Gnome 2. When i try to run the file "t-engine-launcher", i see window with string "Error: Write directory is not set" and i see in linux terminal: "Error: Writ...
