I saw in the patch notes that you now reload while moving by default. I also noticed that you get disarmed while reloading with the bow/sling as the active weapon. Those are pretty common complaints, actually. Inasmuch as anyone complains about Summoners anymore. :) I don't have the answers as to why, though.
