Re: a large antimagic race
One of the important things about Ogres I realized fairly early in is that they filled a pair of useful Lore niches: Their origins would feed into either the "experiment" era of the world, or the Spellblaze, (I leaned towards the latter, but DG & Company chose the former) and it would ...

Future DLC plans?
What are the current plans for future paid DLC, anyway? From what I remember, Southern Eyal and Nagas; what else was there?

Re: How far are we from 1.5?
I find your lack of faith in DarkGod's engine.... disturbing. My faith in DarkGod's engine is irrelevant. This is about Savefile compatibility. Given that we have several major class reworks coming in 1.5, I strongly doubt 1.5 will be savefile compatible with 1.4. If savefiles are compatible, then ...

How far are we from 1.5?
I'm asking mainly because IIRC, savefiles are going to be broken by this update, so it's worth asking in case I want to do a long game:
How far are we from 1.5? In particular, are we waiting on some more reworks, or are we waiting on testing?

Re: Rough Outline of a Race Idea: Sizeshifters
I don't like to be negative, but I don't see the 'point' of the race. They're all about size because...? I'm not talking (just) about the lack lore, rather I don't get what this would add to the game compared to reworking size mechanics for everyone so it matters more. Contrast with Ogres, who are ...

Re: Rough Outline of a Race Idea: Sizeshifters
This is only the rough outline. Feel free to make a suggestion for something else they could do, so long as it remains a passive--Grow and Shrink still take up both Racial Active slots.

Rough Outline of a Race Idea: Sizeshifters
So, I had an idea for a race, and I'd like to hear if it's worth developing. The idea: Sizeshifters. The Sizeshifter starts out with two racial abilities: Grow , and Shrink , which do exactly what they sound like. The racial tree would consist of, in order: Sizeshift Regeneration , which governs how...

Bulwark Rework Brainstorming
I think I can safely say that for most players, Bulwarks suck. So, let's brainstorm a rework for them. First, a question: How do we optimally differentiate Bulwarks from other shield using classes? I don't know, but I suspect one way is to boost Block for Bulwarks and nobody else. I have some ideas ...

Reworking Shield Defense
The guy in the other thread had something of a point: Bulwarks don't feel like the "most skillful shield users"--as I understand it, Demonologists and Sun Paladins use their shields as a focus for their respective magics, which should result in a somewhat different emphasis (a focus on Shi...

Re: Level 20 Advanced Talent tree unlock
Well, the obvious place to look is the Prodigy system, which could probably use some refurbishment anyway.

Re: New special bonuses on 8th\16th\24th character level
If this this were my proposal, first, I'd move the Arena 2 generic points over into the offered Special Bonuses, and calibrate the 8th level bonus towards that as the basis. (And give the Arena quest a new reward, say, a choice of gold or one of the two non-Chronomancy infusion artifacts). I'd also ...

Brainstorming A Negative/Darkness-Based Celestial
Okay, we have the Sun Paladin, who uses Light/Positive, and the Anorithil, who uses both Light and Dark. What does a Dark-using class look like? My first idea is a Stealthy Archer type that has Stamina and a few Technique trees. (Stealthy, because Darkness, and Archer, because Sun Paladins have mele...
