Never mind, seems it was just a bad case of developer trolling...

There are no debuffs and I tried taking off every piece of equipment and deactivating every ability but it is still negative. This makes the character nearly unplayable.

Got my first win with this... and my first Giant Trash Can kill on the same day! Now, can this build take out Linaniil? Or should I just see how far I can get in the infinite dungeon?

Sounds like an awesome workaround. Does using addons interfere with Infinite Dungeon achievements?
