ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I just logged on for the first time in a couple years, and all my classes have become locked. This is despite logging into my account through the game and being able to see all my previously unlocked character profiles. Is there a way to return my game to the correct state?

Has anyone else been having problems getting sunder mind to stack? If my speed isn't 100%, the sunder mind debuff disappears before I have sunder mind off cooldown, which seems to go against the feel of the skill. I remember it working the last time I played a solipsist, so is this a new change?
