I'm currently playing a Shalore Brawler and am trying to do the Storming the City quest. However I'm not sure how to proceed. The apprentice mage has not appeared near the maze to give me access to Angolwen. So it seems the only way to to the quest would be the antimagic route. Is this intended or a...
