Open the menu with escape, select view achievements, click the box farthest to the right; it should look like this:

I'm having a problem similar(ish) to the one Sradac was having earlier; namely, I simply can't play the game at all, in my case because the "Play!" button that appears after inputting all character options is unclickable. I've had this problem across all four of the versions of VotE .team ...

On my Insane run as a Skeleton Adventurer, I got the Frost Treads in one of the Tier 1 dungeons; when I killed Wrathroot, they dropped again. Obviously the game saw how hard I was trying to stack +cold damage modifiers and wanted to help out.

I doubt it; the same thing happened to me ages back when I first unlocked necro and wanted a low-time-investment way to test out lichdom.
