Nice class! I particularly like the idea to make Meditation more interesting. One suggestion -- I think the class would be more coherent if you removed the Technique and Cunning categories and let it be a pure Wilder. You already have two resource types, and including Stamina just dilutes things. .....

Ok, I went through and purged a bunch of addons... and unfortunately no change in behavior. The create character - save - quit - restart app - load save sequence still hits the same error.

Ooh, that's interesting. I've installed several dozen over the years, many disabled by default. I suspect I'm encountering something else -- I don't think I actually have close to 100 addons, I don't see a crash on character creation, I had no error when I disabled everything -- but it's definitely ...

The case that I've noticed is that the disruption effect that's applied by weapon egos bypasses Aether Permeation. IIRC it uses the same code path as the effects of a caster wearing antimagic gear.

I guess you meant the "second prodigy" as you take Hidden Resources as first. Hidden Resources prevent anomalies, so you can cast spells, but it also prevent your paradox to being increased, because your spells won't gonna cost resources ... I was thinking more of having 17 additional lev...

From one aspect: it would be too easy to just put 3 points into talents and then get the Paths. It would be only 2 points, right? 2*1.3 + 1.5 = 4.1. ...so Adept would knock off up to 6 talent points of prereqs for each Path if that worked. :) From another aspect: choosing Táltos evolution at level ...

Never before has a class made me so disappointed that Adept doesn't count towards raw talent levels.

Rockets won't fire if you don't have the steam -- they consume steam per shot on top of the sustain steam drain. I promise you, they do not. I currently have a character with this build who has a steam regen of -6.8. They cannot fire their guns normally, but the rockets work just fine. I stand corr...
