I belive mindslayer is a bit overtuned now. Tbh i don't see much difference. Ofc you have to keep in mind that in 1.6 T1 bosses require a bit of preparation but that's it. If your character has low armor you don't want to do for example bill when he is lv 18+, you have to do him early when he has no acc. Same with the withering thing, norgos....

Enemy who are fleeing are actually losing, and that's why they flee. Even if they make a come back, they are still in a losing position. So fleeing does not alter the winning or losing chance, it only lengthens the battle and making the fight less fun. That is true only when you fight one strong mo...
