ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I've tried disabling everything and setting the game to minimum settings. Previous versions worked fine, so I imagine it is a bug with this version. I was just hoping for a fix rather than having to go through then aisle of downloading and installing an older version.

Edit: It seems to happen most often when I summon minions or get a companion. The game crashes randomly during play. The amount of time between starting the game and the crash shows no pattern.
