Well don't I feel stupid. The game options only show inside a game so I missed it.

Can't see cause of death!
I just died to a big white wolf in the Maze. I saw that it did 250 damage to me but I don't know exactly why, and there's no way for me to know because the popup opens immediately making it unable to scroll the log. It would be nice to have an option to always show the combat log.
