Just finished another playthrough and the egg sac was, once again, in the list of available items for activation despite not being in my inventory.
This time, though, activating it did nothing (no spiders).

I was on High Peak 10, browsing my available talents via the "M" menu and was surprised to see both the Rod of Spydric Poison and the Mummified Egg-sac there despite having dropped / transmogged them back in Ardhungol (iirc). Sure enough I can activate them both too - screenshots attached....

I can see that the fix for the Telekinetic Leap issue is in the changelog for 1.4.3 (haven't been able to test yet)

A couple more minor observations from b2 testing: I usually right-click-drag on the minimap to explore a level without moving - this doesn't seem to work correctly on smaller levels such as the Golem Graveyard. I noticed that the scrolling was vertical only, so I couldn't see the right-hand-side of...

Quick update - I worked around it by archiving my user folder, allowing the game to recreate it, and copying across *just* the profile data (omitting saves).
