I find it very difficult with the new character borders to tell what is rare at a glance, which means I'll sometimes walk into an unexpectedly strong ant, where before the color would have warned me in time. I've had it happen in Elven Ruins. The item I picked up was a stralite ring, from the graphic, but I didn't get further than that.

Dumb little niggle: it would be nice if Disarm couldn't be applied to someone not actually using a weapon. It sucks as a brawler to get hit by stun and disarm, hit your wild infusion, and have disarm be the one that falls off.

If an armor or weapon is 30% chance to daze, the shift-compare becomes a little odd when you check anything else (it gets translated into '+0(-30) item lightning daze' or something similar) but I can't think of any better way to display it. I have 0% blight and fire resist. Decrepitude Disease and Burning are being entirely tanked by my armor. Decrepitude Disease from Ghast hits Aki for (18 resist armor), 0 blight. The new healthbars on icons make any mob (including you) invisible unless you're on Modern tileset. This includes custom sets. On Modern 32x32 (since I prefer to have a visual range) they're so tiny as to be almost useless. Can we have a toggle for the old style? edit: I've just noticed the trees a...

Striking Stance when no enemy in sight, Greater Weapon Focus when enemy is adjacent, Thalore racial when enemy is adjacent. Might have been others? I'm not sure, I'll check when I can.
